Deberry Creek Farm

Century farm now on the market. The Deberry Creek farm is located five miles north of Richland, Missouri and has frontage on State Road A. This farm has been in the same family for one hundred years, evident by the marking inside the barn that indicates 1921 as the year the barn was built. Deberry Creek will provide a cool place for the kids to cool off during the Missouri summers. There are approximately 48 – 50 acres of fescue and Johnson grass pasture. The timber was selectively logged many years ago and has created outstanding cover, bedding, and browse for the deer. This property is only 30 minutes from the Lake of the Ozarks, 35 minutes to Fort Leonard Wood and 90 minutes to Springfield, Missouri. Farms like this don’t come around very often.
