End of the road seclusion and privacy awaits you here on this 67 acre tract south of Stover, Mo in Morgan county. Nice big timber tract with marketable timber on it. There is a nice creek running through it that usually always has some water holes in it even during the dry times. There are some beautiful rock formations along the creek as well. The great thing about the place it has a quaint 14×24 cabin that is perfect for enjoying while out hunting. It has two sleep lofts , a living room and kitchen area. It has a covered front porch and big back deck where you can look down at the pond area. The owner did a lot of work to pond and it shows it. It is also stocked with fish. The hunting here will be great, there is deer rubs and trails all over the place. Should also be a great place for turkey hunting and i saw where they have been scratching the leaves looking for acorns. There is electric and high speed internet here. No well water , owner always brings water to drink when coming down. Come see this nice place and have you a place to hunt for years to come. Only 8 miles from Stover and approximately only 15 minutes to the Lake of the Ozarks. Call Mike Stoner at 573-774-9775
