What a private and secluded farm here in Morgan County Missouri. This 327.51 acres is behind a locked gate for seclusion and privacy. The windy driveway leads across Big Buffalo Creek and on up to the 1728 Sq Ft shoust that the seller just had built in the past few years. It is 3 bedroom 1 bath with a nice living room/ kitchen area for relaxing after getting in from hunting. The garage is plenty big for your vehicle , side by side and toys. Very efficient and easy to heat and cool with spray foamed walls. Covered back porch and there is also a equipment shed to park your tractor or skid steer out of the weather.
The farm has miles of trails through out it to get around and all lead to food plot areas. The seller has done a great job and has a lot of acres of food plots. There is also 4 box blinds that he will leave with the farm. Water is everywhere on this place! From springs, branches to creeks this place has everything needed for the wildlife to stay here and not want for anything. Big hardwood ridges full of white oak and thicker areas for bedding for a great mix of habitat. Tons of wildlife here and will be no shortage of whitetail deer and turkey.
Close to Lake of the Ozarks and only 10 minutes to Stover, Mo. There are no restrictions on the property. Call Mike Stoner for more information at 573-774-9775 Cell
