There is a old home place back in the woods and found it interesting that some one lived in it at one time and probably raised a family in it. There is a 2003 double wide 3 bedroom 2 bath on a crawlspace foundation. It has a covered back porch and rear covered porch. On its own well and septic. The shop has a concrete floor and is 30 x 50. Sitting just off Hwy B and only a few minutes to Wheatland or 25 minutes to Warsaw. Truman Lake is 5 minutes away down in Avery Bottoms a good area to ride side by sides with many connecting county roads. Pomme De Terre lake is just a short drive , so you are in between two of the nicest corp lakes around.
