Morel Valley is a secluded forty-acre tract that is one ridge over from the Big Piney River. Here you will find the environment that has provided the owners with a bounty of morel mushrooms over the years, and many hours of Deer and Wild Turkey memories.

There are approximately eight acres of fertile bottom land along the wet weather creek that meanders in and out of the property. In these bottom fields the owner and previous owner provided a smorgasbord of food for wildlife. As you can see in the pictures provided by the owners, there is a variety of wildlife to be found here to include Deer, Turkey, Bear, bobcat, and all sort of small game.

The remainder of the land is predominantly oak forest, with a good mix of cedar and brush patches for bedding and nesting areas.

I represented the previous owner when he decided to sell this property in 2016. The first Deer picture that you will see is a picture of the “Ghost Buck” that frequented the property at that time. See the nighttime picture of the two bucks walking away from the camera. The lead buck is a giant. The other wildlife pictures were provided by the current owner and were taken by trail camera last fall. 

Access into the property is via a thirty-foot recorded easement. The easement ends at the property. No one will be driving through the property.
