Chubb was awesome to work with. We came in from out of state and he was so helpful. He spends the time needed with you so you can made the best decision possible. We actually came to Missouri 2 different times to look. Great guy.

I have bought and sold 4 or 5 places with Mike and his team. Mike gets my places sold fast for a fair price. Just sold one and now I am looking for more land to invest in! I am sure Mike will find me one!!

I reached out to Mike Stoner about a property and scheduled a showing with him. After thinking about it for a bit and another property came up for sale next to it I called Mike and we made offers. Very professional about handling the offers and communication was excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company for the buyer or seller.

If we could leave more than 5 stars, we certainly would do that. In our humble opinion, Missouri Land Co. is quite fortunate to have Chubb as one of their sales staff/representatives. Rarely can you find someone who will go above and beyond to make sure you have the best outcome from your real estate transaction. Courtesy, professionalism, kindness, politeness, patience, honesty and overall knowledge of real estate best describes Chubb.
