Danny Miller, our agent at the Rolla branch of Missouri Land Company, was very efficient and thorough. Within a day of my initial phone call, he used his skills from a 34-year career as a cartographer to personally assess our property on foot and by drone, making notes on the vegetation, geology, and physical structures. He called me from the property to discuss pricing, and erected For Sale signs before leaving. One day later, he had already shown the property to two clients and had appointments with two more the following day. He walked us through multiple competitive offers, the factors to consider aside from the dollar amount offered, and gave us the background of the clients as were pertinent to decision-making. We felt that he was also committed to representing the property fairly to the potential buyers and wanted to deal with integrity on both sides of the table. We were very impressed with his competence and responsiveness that allowed us to not only sell our property quickly at a good price, but also feel very comfortable that the land was going to be put to good use.
