Danny Miller

How can I help you sell or find your outdoor recreation property? My wife of 41 years and I are lifelong residents of Dixon, Missouri. I grew up hunting bobwhite quail and rabbits with my dad and grandfather in the bottoms and hills along the Gasconade River. Our son and daughter both grew up hunting and fishing and our grandchildren are following in their footsteps. We enjoy hunting deer and turkey, and I was fortunate to serve as a turkey hunting guide for a national camouflage company, calling longbeards to the gun of such notables as Jay Langston (of the National Wild Turkey Federation) and Aaron Fraser Pass (Outdoor Life Magazine Editor), among others. All the fond memories of hunts past provide a great appreciation of the outdoors and what it means to have a place in which to hunt and fish. I am a certified land specialist and know what will sell your property or what particular features to look for when ready to purchase.

I recently retired after a combined thirty-three years of employment with the U.S. Geological Survey National Mapping Division in Rolla, Missouri, and the U.S. Army at Fort Leonard Wood.

As your full-time real estate agent, I will work hard to sell your land or find what you are looking for!!

Testimonials

Danny Miller, our agent at the Rolla branch of Missouri Land Company, was very efficient and thorough. Within a day of my initial phone call, he used his skills from a 34-year career as a cartographer to personally assess our property on foot and by drone, making notes on the vegetation, geology, and physical structures. He called me from the property to discuss pricing, and erected For Sale signs before leaving. One day later, he had already shown the property to two clients and had appointments with two more the following day. He walked us through multiple competitive offers, the factors to consider aside from the dollar amount offered, and gave us the background of the clients as were pertinent to decision-making. We felt that he was also committed to representing the property fairly to the potential buyers and wanted to deal with integrity on both sides of the table. We were very impressed with his competence and responsiveness that allowed us to not only sell our property quickly at a good price, but also feel very comfortable that the land was going to be put to good use.

My husband and I are very appreciative of Danny’s tireless effort to find our next home. Danny was with use for nine months and we went through 5 actual possible houses. Always following through with his word, when one didn’t pan out, he would always say, “there’ll be another even better”. Just when I was about to give up, one fell into our laps, and Danny looked out for us ‘til the end. When we are looking for our next house, I will certainly call upon Danny to be my agent.

Our personal experience with Danny Miller of Missouri Land Company was that he had a professional and honest character. He was very good at finding my wife and I what we were looking for when purchasing land for the first time. We had tried to deal with other land agents and we were let down by their lack of professionalism and honesty with us. They said they would call us back and set up appointments. Two of them never did. Danny took his time with us until he found what we were looking for. We would highly recommend him as a Land Agent. We really don’t think you will find a better one.

I would give Danny Miller an A+ for the work he performed in order to sale my land. He made the transaction relatively easy by performing the work needed to price the property right using comparable sales and by walking the entire property in order to familiarize himself with the land. Danny obtained a contract quickly and we closed in a reasonable amount of time. Very happy with Mr. Miller’s professionalism and felt he went above and beyond.
