I know this area very well and there are tons of deer and turkey here. I saw several while out on the property. Property is surveyed, has power on two sides with a meter in place. Double set of gates to the property, and fenced with good cattle tight fence on the gravel road sides. There are some small spring fed streams that were running pretty good. Several nice open areas for food plots and a tower blind or two. Also some trails cut through the property. Surrounded by some bigger farms.
