This is a wonderful hunting and recreational tract north of Stover but only a few minutes from Florence, Mo. Great timber hasn’t seen a chain saw in a long time! So some good marketable timber to be harvested. Deer are everywhere here, this is where they come to bed, agriculture fields to the east, west and north makes it a deer’s bedroom. I jumped up 15-20 deer out walking the property. It has a wet weather creek along the front on Ehlers rd, and comes real close to Gabriel Creek on the west side. So animals have plenty of water. A good place to make a rv or cabin site along Ehlers Rd with electric and high speed internet from CO-Mo. There is a trail in place along top of the ridge running north to south and will be another one added from Ehlers Rd to the west to intersect with the other trail. Already surveyed recently and pins and laths are in place. I killed a 165 class buck a few years ago just a few miles from here, so I know this has some really good hunting potential.
